This show was a while ago but I loved a couple of these photos so here ya go.

Originally, Kristin wrote a rather lengthy review of this show. It was absolutely hilarious but really, really really mean (too mean for Kick Bright) so I didn't use it. Though, just thinking about it cracks me up. The file has been since lost.

From what I remember I didn't like Harlem Shakes. Too nicey nicey, ya know? Bus Driver was pretty cool. It would have been cooler if the sound was decent because you couldn't hear anything he was saying- not because he raps like The Flash runs.

Deerhoof ruled. It was my first time seeing them- I'm a late bloomer considering they formed in 1994 and my first real listening experience was The Runners Four which came out in 2005. They have such a unique sound (that I find interesting) so I won't bother questioning on how they slipped by me- given the fact I have tons of Kill Rock Stars bands in my music collection. Anyway, the band had this spinning color bar contraption that a person to the side of the stage operated as though he were playing along with the band. It was just fun to watch.

This video is sixteen seconds long but you can get the idea of the color wheel thing.
