I've been a fan of The Lemonheads for so many years I can't remember. The first album I had was Creator and then Lovey on cassette, which I still pop in my van's tape deck every now and then. I'm probably in the minority of liking both the older punkier stuff and the newer poppy radio-friendly stuff (the same goes for The Replacements). I don't know why but I never went to see them live until now.

Although, this tour wasn't a proper Lemonheads reunion show (I wonder if such a thing is possible?) it was basically just Evan Dando playing old Lemonheads material with a hired drummer and bassist. It's not like sitting through an Evan Dando solo set hoping for some old tunes as a bonus- it's his bands whole back catalog going back to first song he ever recorded as Lemonheads the day he graduated high school. It's totally not the band "Lemonheads" but it'll be the closest I can get.
